Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Majisolar Solutions. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when you can return products, how to request a refund, and which items are not eligible for return.

Returns Overview
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving a physical product, provided the item is:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
After 7 days, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items as described below.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Water treatment chemicals, membranes, filters, cartridges, and other consumables that have been opened or used.
- Special-order, custom-configured, or non-stock items ordered specifically for you.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Services, labour, call-out fees, and deposits once work has commenced.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Defects caused by improper handling, installation, or operation after delivery are not covered.

Services, Deposits and Cancellations
For service engagements and installations, deposits are used to secure parts, chemicals, and technician scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable once work or procurement has commenced.
If you cancel a scheduled service before work has started, we may refund the deposit minus a reasonable administration fee to cover any preparation costs already incurred.
Call-out fees, labour charges, and completed services are non-refundable unless we fail to perform the agreed scope of work.

How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Do not return items without approval.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or mobile money provider.
Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
